We are excited to share some great news at Nova Group — Kirsten Kurth has joined the Nova business development team, bringing with her deep industry expertise, a global perspective, and a strong track record of driving growth in commercial real estate.
“Kirsten brings an exceptional combination of experience, global insight, and energy to Nova,” said Jack Cummings, Chief Executive Officer. “Her background in business development and valuation services, along with her strong institutional relationships, makes her a tremendous addition to our team.”
Based in New York City, Kirsten brings 14 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a particular focus on business development and valuation-related services. She joins Nova from Joseph J. Blake and Associates, where she served as Managing Director of Business Development and Client Relations, leading efforts to grow appraisal and valuation relationships with institutional clients.
Kirsten’s background reflects both technical excellence and commercial insight. She holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Paris, along with advanced real estate finance training from New York University. In addition, she has earned degrees in Real Estate Management, Business Administration & Economics, and Marketing & Project Management, giving her a uniquely well‑rounded foundation that bridges real estate expertise with strategic business development.
Beyond her impressive credentials, Kirsten brings a strong professional network, a proven sales track record, and a high level of drive that will be an immediate asset to Nova.
