Ambiente LLP was founded in 2005. Our vision was to provide a more flexible service, focused on commercial solutions. Each property required an environmental due diligence review. A number of properties had particular issues including specific, local legislative requirements, long industrial histories and World War II damage.

We were able to use our local offices in Germany, France and the Netherlands as well as a trusted partner in Denmark. Our reviews focused on the historical use and known environmental legacy issues at the estates and the potentially contaminative operations of current tenants such as automotive repair, printing and metal processing.

We produced comprehensive assessment reports for each estate outlining key material issues and environmental risks and concerns. We assisted with implementing our recommended management solutions, ensuring potential environmental risks and liabilities were at acceptable levels.
