Nova Group, GBC (Nova) is pleased to announce the acquisition of AES Due Diligence, a highly respected environmental and property due diligence firm with a strong footprint across the West Coast and particularly deep roots in California.
AES Due Diligence has built an outstanding reputation supporting many of the largest and most sophisticated commercial real estate lenders in the country. Their core services include a high volume of ASTM Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), and Seismic / Probable Maximum Loss (PML) evaluations across the West Coast, with a particular concentration in California.
This acquisition meaningfully accelerates Nova Group’s West Coast strategy by expanding regional presence, deepening technical capabilities, and strengthening relationships with leading real estate clients.
