With the acquisition of CDC Property Consultancy, Nova Group Pacific strengthens its APAC platform, offering clients a single, integrated partner for technical and environmental due diligence across the entire asset lifecycle.
St. Louis Park, Minnesota; Melbourne and Sydney, Australia — July 1, 2026 — Nova Group, GBC today announced that its Australian division, Nova Group Pacific, has acquired CDC Property Consultancy, a leading provider of Technical Due Diligence (TDD) and property consultancy services across Australia and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
CDC Property Consultancy is recognized for delivering commercially focused technical due diligence services, including building structure and services reviews, compliance assessments, hazardous materials evaluations, CAPEX forecasting, and climate risk advisory.
Nova Group Pacific provides comprehensive environmental, engineering, and sustainability due diligence services, supporting clients across real estate, infrastructure, and development projects with integrated, risk-based solutions.
Together, the combined platform enables a seamless, end-to-end approach to Technical Due Diligence (TDD) and Environmental Due Diligence (EDD), offering clients a single point of engagement across the full asset lifecycle.

CDC was established to provide nimble, independent, and commercially focused technical due diligence and property consultancy services, drawing on decades of experience across complex real estate transactions.
