Bruce Corrin, MRICS

Bruce Corrin is a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) and property consultancy leader with more than 30 years of experience across Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. He specializes in technical due diligence, property risk advisory, building consultancy, and commercial real estate transactions. Prior to founding CDC Property Consultancy, Bruce co-founded SGA Property Consultancy, growing the business to seven international offices before its acquisition by KPMG Australia, where he later served as a Partner for seven years. Throughout his career, Bruce has advised on thousands of commercial property assessments and some of Australia's largest and most complex real estate transactions. He is widely recognized for translating technical risk into practical, commercially focused advice that helps clients make informed investment and asset management decisions.
