Nova Group, GBC is excited to announce a leadership transition that reflects our commitment to growth, innovation, and long-term success.
Effective January 1, 2026, Steve Cummings, Owner and Chief Executive Officer, will assume the role of Executive Chairman. In this new capacity, Steve will continue to guide Nova’s strategic direction and culture while stepping away from day-to-day operations.

Jack Cummings, currently Chief Revenue Officer, will become Nova’s new Chief Executive Officer, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of our clients, markets, and values. Jack will lead Nova forward with a focus on strengthening our position as a top firm across the U.S., Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
