Greenprint Center for Building Performance

The Greenprint Center is part of the ULI Center for Sustainability and Economic Performance, a global community of real estate owners, investors, and developers committed to leading the market and advancing sustainability across their portfolios. Through measurement, benchmarking, knowledge sharing and implementation of best practices, Greenprint, and its real estate members strive to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 50 percent by 2030 and achieve net-zero carbon operations by 2050.

Greenprint Innovation Partner Program

Greenprint Innovation Partners are technology and service providers who engage with Greenprint real estate members in advancing sustainability across their portfolios, and support the overall Greenprint remit of reducing carbon emissions and increasing building value. Innovation Partners must have worked with at least one Greenprint real estate member.

Nova Group has worked with a number of existing Greenprint members, completing the following ESG Advisory Services:

  • Carbon Neutral (GHG Emissions) Report

  • Climate Resiliency Assessment

  • ESG Assessment and Report
