We are delighted to formally welcome Gianna Moglino to Nova's Construction Services Group as a Project Manager and Account Manager In-Training. Gianna's a seasoned Real Estate, Development, and Construction Professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning. She has worked on the owners side, as a consultant, and for a NYC Licensed General Contractor managing all aspects of construction as a Construction Project Manager for commercial projects with construction budgets ranging between $300,000-$300,000,000 in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Gianna previously worked at Jones Lang LaSalle, (JLL) and provided Project Management, Development, and Program Management Services to Prudential’s Corporate Real Estate (CRE) division through JLL's PDS Prudential Client Account.
