Industrial and Infrastructure Valuation Leader Expands Nova's Expertise Across the Mid-Atlantic Region

Nova Group, GBC is pleased to announce that Katelyn Drosnock, MAI, MRICS, has joined the firm's Valuation & Advisory team as Managing Director. Based in the Greater Philadelphia area, Katelyn brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate valuation, advisory, and consulting, with specialized expertise in industrial, logistics, infrastructure, and environmentally challenged properties.

Throughout her career, Katelyn has provided valuation and advisory services across a diverse range of property types, including industrial and logistics facilities, office, retail, multifamily, mixed-use, land, subdivisions, and other special-purpose assets. She is widely recognized for her expertise in ports, rail-served logistics facilities, cold storage, advanced manufacturing, mega-site development, and the valuation and redevelopment of brownfields, Superfund sites, former power plants, and other environmentally challenged properties.

Prior to joining Nova, Katelyn served as Senior Vice President with Newmark Valuation & Advisory and previously held leadership roles with JLL's Industrial & Infrastructure practice and Bowery Valuation. Her experience includes appraisal, highest-and-best-use analysis, feasibility studies, litigation support, property tax appeals, portfolio optimization, and valuation services supporting acquisition, disposition, financing, and economic development initiatives.

Katelyn holds the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). She is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in 10 states and remains actively involved with numerous professional organizations, including the Appraisal Institute, Urban Land Institute, CREDA, ICSC, and several regional business and development associations.
