Sylvia Oesterwinter

Sylvia joined AES in 2015 and brings more than a decade of experience in the commercial real estate due diligence industry. She enjoys overseeing projects and serving as a key liaison between clients and the operations team.

Prior to joining AES and Nova, Sylvia was a long-time account manager supporting clients in the market research, commercial real estate, and retail industries. She takes pride in delivering best-in-class customer care and in upholding Nova’s B Corp and GBC commitments.
