Mr. Williams is a Vice President and Account Manager at Nova Group, GBC, bringing more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate due diligence. After a 25+ year tenure at AES Due Diligence, Inc., where he served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Scott joined Nova in January 2026. He offers deep expertise across mortgage banking, CMBS, and financial institutions, with a nuanced understanding of seismic, environmental, structural, and engineering considerations. Scott holds a B.S. in Business Administration (cum laude) and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
