Krista Castro

Krista Castro is a Vice President, Western Region Affordable Housing at Nova Group, GBC, where she works on appraisals of existing and proposed affordable housing properties. With over 25 years of appraisal experience, Krista has gained expertise in a variety of affordable housing properties with components related to LIHTC, HUD, USDA, and local agency rent restrictions. Her experience includes appraisal of existing properties, acquisition/rehab, and proposed affordable housing developments. Krista is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in California, Oregon, Washington, and Nevada. Krista earned her B.S in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
