Katelyn Drosnock, MAI, MRICS, is a Managing Director in Nova Group, GBC's Valuation & Advisory practice, with more than 20 years of commercial real estate valuation, advisory, and consulting experience. She specializes in industrial and infrastructure assets, including ports, rail-served logistics facilities, cold storage, advanced manufacturing, mega-site development, and environmentally challenged properties such as brownfields and Superfund sites. Katelyn provides appraisal, feasibility, market analysis, litigation support, and consulting services to owners, investors, lenders, developers, attorneys, and public agencies. She holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in 10 states.
