Hernan Lozada

Mr. Lozada joined Nova in July 2024 and currently serves as the Property Condition Team Lead for the Assessor Group. Hernan has 8 years of experience conducting PCA inspections and Construction Loan Monitoring reports for various types of properties. His experience and background enable him to manage and develop assessors, to a degree fit for industry, client, and Nova expectations. Hernan’s friendly demeanor fosters a collaborative environment, allowing for open communication amongst peers and mentees. Apart from his managerial duties as the PCA Team Lead, he continues to perform field assessments to stay current with ASTM and agency standards. Hernan holds a BS in Civil Engineering from California State University – Long Beach.
