Frank Silva, RMS

Frank Silva is a seasoned Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional with more than 25 years of combined public- and private-sector experience helping organizations mitigate environmental risk and strengthen workplace safety programs. He began his career in Miami, Florida as a Florida Department of Environmental Protection–qualified Underground Storage Tank Compliance Inspector.

Frank spent more than 15 years with CBRE Global Corporate Solutions, supporting world-class Fortune 200 clients including Bank of America and Iron Mountain. His roles included Senior Environmental Compliance Manager for Bank of America’s global real estate portfolio and Global Environmental Health & Safety Director for Iron Mountain, where he led international safety programs across 69 countries and achieved multiple years of zero TRIR.

Currently based in the Tampa, Florida area, Frank serves as an Account Manager with Nova Group, GBC, providing industrial hygiene, environmental compliance, and safety consulting services. He is an OSHA 500 Authorized Construction Safety Instructor, a Radon Measurement Specialist (RMS), and a certified Asbestos Building Inspector. He earned his OSHA 500 authorization through the University of South Florida OTI Outreach Center and holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Florida International University.
