Billy Dawes is a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with nearly 20 years of experience delivering technical due diligence, portfolio advisory, capital planning, and property consultancy services across Australia, Asia-Pacific, and the United Kingdom. Before co-founding CDC Property Consultancy, Billy served as Director and NSW Lead within KPMG’s Property Consultancy division and previously held senior leadership roles with international engineering and advisory firms. His experience spans office, industrial, retail, healthcare, hospitality, aged care, government, and residential assets, including several of Australia's largest commercial property and portfolio transactions. Billy is known for combining deep technical expertise with strong commercial acumen, enabling clients to navigate complex transactions and asset strategies with confidence.
