Since graduating from Northeastern University, Mr. Napoli has worked in the NYC metro area as a structural engineer. He became certified by the NYC DOB as an exterior wall inspector and parking structure inspector, which filled the early part of his career. He has been trained as a forensic engineer and has spent the last few years performing damage assessments throughout the eastern and southern United States following natural disasters, cause and origin investigations for various structural failures, construction defect assessments, and litigation support. James has acted as a Project Manager for various construction projects, including ground-up, restoration, and adaptive reuse.
James has three young children that fill his time outside of work. He is always keen to take the older ones hiking or out on their boat back bay fishing.
