Entry level Project Managers at Nova Group, GBC are primarily responsible to perform Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) as well as Project Capital Needs Assessments (PCNAs) in accordance with ASTM standards and local, state, and federal regulations. We welcome employees that want to learn new skills as many will learn Construction Loan Monitoring as well. You are a core member of our project delivery team working with our Senior Project Managers and Account Managers to ensure the quality of our deliverables to our clients, exceeding their expectations along the way.
Our mentoring program is multiple months to ensure you have the training and knowledge to succeed as a Nova Consultant! You will train at our corporate office in Chaska, Minnesota for 2-4 months where if you are not local, we will pay for your temporary housing and provide transportation while you are in training. After your training in Chaska, you will continue to participate in our remote mentoring program from your home office location to ensure you have the tools and skills to make you a successful consultant!

Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Desire to pursue Professional Engineering License and commitment to begin studies to do so
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
Comfort using mobile technology and open to new technological solutions
Valid state driver’s license (position requires motor vehicle record & background check)
Ability to meet annual medical monitoring requirements
Travel Requirements: Field work will require travel between 50-75%, primarily throughout your region as well as occasional trips throughout the US to support national needs.
Physical Demands: Ability to physically navigate site properties in various weather conditions and the ability to climb a ladder
