Your Role
As a Vice President/Senior Valuer, you’ll lead complex valuation assignments, collaborate with key stakeholders, and provide insight into market trends. Your expertise will shape investment decisions and reduce risk for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct valuations for diverse commercial properties, including multi-family, retail, industrial, office, and other property types
✅ Prepare detailed appraisal reports that adhere to USPAP, federal, and state regulations
✅ Analyze market data to determine trends, risks, and opportunities
✅ Engage with clients, brokers, and industry leaders to gather insights and build relationships
✅ Review junior appraisers’ work and mentor rising talent within the firm
✅ Stay ahead of industry developments and regulatory changes
What We’re Looking For
🎓 Certified General Appraiser License (Active)
📊 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate valuation
💡 Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
📈 Expertise in Excel, CoStar, AE/Rockport VAL and other valuation tools
🗣️ Exceptional communication and project or client management skills
