Kim Riley, LEED AP O&M

Ms. Riley has over 16 years of experience in commercial real estate property management and energy consulting. Most recently, she has focused on completing Level I and Level II energy audits, Green Rewards Verifications, Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), loan status reports, and ENERGY STAR® Certifications. She has her LEED-AP designation, with a specialty in Operations and Maintenance. In her current role, she manages all Fannie Mae Green Rewards Verifications, SOMAH Energy Audits, and ENERGY STAR Certifications. She is responsible for scheduling, staff assignments, and review of deliverables prior to submission to ensure a high level of quality.
