Lacy Williams, PE

Ms. Williams is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE) in the state of California. Her experience in structural engineering includes design, project management, and construction administration of a variety of projects ranging from mid-rise multifamily housing, assisted living facilities, seismic retrofits, and tenant improvements of existing commercial space. At Nova, Ms. Williams has gained experience with performing and reviewing equity property condition assessments (EPCAs) and other due diligence services. As the Structural Engineering Program Manager, she has been leading the effort to develop and implement Nova’s service line for CA SB 721 Balcony Inspections, as well as overseeing Nova’s structural engineering services nationwide.
