Mr. Snyder has over 40 years of progressively responsible experience in consulting, engineering, program management, cost assessment and estimating, and heavy civil/remediation construction management on multimedia environmental programs and issues for private industry, global financial institutions, and state and local governments. His Federal engineering design and construction contract experience includes the US Environmental Protection Agency, the US Department of Defense, the US Federal Emergency Management Agency, and the US Department of Energy.

Throughout his career, Mr. Snyder has conducted investigations, audits, studies, designs, construction management, and treatment system operations with multidisciplinary teams on hazardous waste, solid waste, and industrial waste projects. His work has ranged from consulting on technical issues and strategies for potential litigation of alleged releases from underground storage tanks to operation and maintenance consulting and engineering for groundwater extraction and treatment systems on one of the nation's top ten sites on the "Superfund" National Priorities List (NPL) and implementation of innovative treatment technologies (including USEPA’s then largest in-situ chemical oxidation application). His experience has encompassed implementation and direction of engineering investigations, studies, designs, and corrective actions at facilities in Alaska, California, Oregon, Washington, New York, Maryland, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, and Texas, as well as other central and western states. His international experience includes environmental assessment, consulting, and construction management assignments in Canada, Puerto Rico, Bulgaria, and seven countries in the Middle East and Asia.
