Vice President, Business Development Manager
West Coast

Location: Remote - Los Angeles, CA

Job Description

Nova Group, GBC is seeking an exceptional and experienced Business Development Manager to contribute to our company’s sales objectives. In this role, you will use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes in Commercial Real Estate and/or due diligence-related industries to drive business growth. Your responsibilities include building and cultivating long-term client and internal relationships. 

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies  

  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key account managers   

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements  

  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities  

  • Research and determine opportunities for conference attendance, marketing, and branding  

  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs  

  • Liaise with Marketing to ensure brand consistency  

  • Stay up-to-date with new service lines and capabilities  

Requirements
  • Proven work experience in sales, finance, or commercial real estate (2-4 years) 

  • Working knowledge of the commercial real estate industry transaction processes and flow

  • CRM software experience 

  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics  

  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills  

  • Strong communication and team relationship skills 

  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude  

  • Availability to travel frequently 

  • BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commercial Real Estate, Economics, or other relevant fields
