Ms. Spinoso has been in the Environmental and Engineering industry for over 30 years, with expertise in Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Industrial Hygiene, Risk Management, and Policy Development. Her experience extends across debt, equity, HUD, low-income housing, and agency. In addition to servicing clients, Doreen is an active member of ASTM, serving on committees for ESA and PCA guidelines.
A big football fan, she favors Penn State, where her son graduated from, and the Patriots having grown up in New England. Doreen is also an avid runner and enjoys golf and kayaking.
