Jonathan Nelson, PE

Mr. Nelson has joined Nova with over 25 years of real estate, civil, and environmental engineering experience. He specializes in the preparation of Architectural and Engineering Physical Condition Assessments, Document and Constructability Reviews, PMLs, Construction Administration Services, Environmental Engineering Services, and Construction Management Services for commercial real estate properties throughout the country for many of the major real estate investors and providers of equity and debt financing as well as the federal government. Mr. Nelson has worked on all property types, including K-12, industrial, office, retail, multi-family, mixed-use building, telecommunications sites, and undeveloped land. He has conducted or been responsible for services in all 50 states, Guam and Mexico.
