Doreen Spinoso, EP

Ms. Spinoso has been in the Environmental and Engineering industry for over 30 years with expertise in ESAs, PCAs, IH, Risk Management and Policy Development. Experience extends across debt, equity, HUD, low-income housing, and agency. In addition to servicing clients, Doreen is an active member of ASTM, serving on committees for ESA and PCA guidelines.
