Gott
Director

Jim Gott is a civil and structural engineer with over 25 years of experience. He has spent his career supporting numerous International companies with real estate acquisition, development and divestiture projects.
​
Since developing Nova’s International business in 2012 Jim has assisted Equity and Debt clients with technical and environmental due diligence at hundreds of sites in UK, Europe, Japan and Australia.
​
In addition, for twenty-plus years he has successfully led brownfield site assessment and redevelopment projects, mainly related to logistics development on heavily contaminated sites.
​
Jim’s role at Nova-Ambiente focuses on business and product development, overseeing technical projects.
Inga
Kooj
Director
Inga has 20 years’ experience in environmental consultancy with a background in land quality assess-ment, compliance auditing, environmental due diligence and risk assessment.
Inga is responsible for overseeing our environmental due diligence service and forms part of our central project team, managing a high volume of environmental assessment and due diligence projects through-out Europe and further afield. Inga specialises in providing tailored environmental risk evaluation advice and pragmatic commercial management solutions.

With an eye for detail and a commercial focus, Inga also undertakes a crucial quality assurance role within Ambiente. She is responsible for ensuring that our high standards and consistency in reporting are maintained across every project.
